150 euros per year to store the keys.

300 euros per year for storage of the keys and a visit to the home once a month where we flush the drains, make sure everything in the apartment is in order. We get in touch in the event of an incident or if something needs to be fixed in the accommodation.

Emergency 50 € / time

We can ensure that your home is cleaned before your arrival or according to your wishes. Cost for this will be added.

(All packages include copy of keys, delivery of keys on 5 occasions, in case of extra delivery of keys 20 € will be charged)
