Bookings are currently made on request to us, either by phone or our email info@castilloholidays.es. The booking is binding as soon as the booking fee is paid.
Personal information you provide is treated confidentially. If you do not pay the booking fee on time, we have the right to cancel your booking. If you miss the payment of the rent, it counts as a cancellation on your part and then the rules apply in case of cancellation.
Payment is made on invoice via email.
At the time of booking for weekly rentals, 20% of the rental amount must be paid and at monthly rentals 25% must be paid in, the remaining 80% and 75% must be paid no later than 31 days before arrival date.
In connection with booking, the tenant approves the current rental terms.
Cancellations are made in writing to info@castilloholidays.es. Castillo Holidays is obliged to confirm the cancellation in writing via e-mail.
- If the cancellation takes place earlier than 30 days before the agreed arrival date, the booking fee will not be refunded to the tenant.
- If the cancellation is made 30 days before arrival, 80% of the rental fee will be refunded
- If the cancellation is between 14-30 days before arrival, 50% of rent will be refunded. the fee.
- If the cancellation takes place between the day of arrival and 14 days earlier, Castillo Holidays will receive the full rent
Check-in: takes place no earlier than 15.00 Or according to agreement when booking.
Check-out: takes place no later than 11.00 Or according to agreement when booking.
Check-in / check-out is done in person by Castillo Holidays. which contains name, date and amount. According to Spanish law, all tenants' passport copies at check-in must be handed over to Castillo Holidays to further report the rental period to the Guarda Civil.
In the event of any complaints about the home and its condition, the tenant must report these immediately after arrival via email to info@castilloholidays.es with attached photos so that we have the opportunity to correct them.
Otherwise, the home is seen handed over in good condition and can therefore not be complained about at a later stage. The tenant must contact Castillo Holidays no later than 14 days before arrival and announce arrival. In case of unavoidable delay on the day of arrival, the tenant must notify info@castilloholidays.es or text +46704897001.
If the tenant has not notified us of the delay, we can not be held responsible and further debiting of key delivery takes place.You must take good care of the home and follow the rules, instructions and regulations that apply.
The tenant is obliged to leave the home in the same condition as when it is taken over. The tenant is financially responsible for all damage that occurs to and in the home or its equipment. In the first instance, amounts are deducted from the deposit paid.
The tenant may not use the home for anything other than a holiday, unless otherwise agreed when booking.
Cleaning, key collection, sheets and towel washing are provided by special staff and this is paid as a supplement to the rental amount by the tenant.
